Monique DeSpain Raises Impressive $155,000 in First 48 Hours of Her Campaign to Unseat Val Hoyle

Eugene, OR — Today, Oregon Fourth Congressional District candidate Monique DeSpain announced she has raised over $155,000 across all campaign entities in just 48 hours since launching her bid to unseat corrupt incumbent career politician Congresswoman Val Hoyle.

“In just 48 hours, our campaign ignited the 4th District’s comeback — $155,000 raised and counting — as supporters from every corner of the District and every party rush to be part of something unstoppable. Momentum is surging, the energy is contagious, and anyone watching from the sidelines can feel it: our movement is taking off,” said Monique DeSpain.

“The people of this District have endured too much at the hands of Val Hoyle, Oregon’s political elites, and our failed political system that’s delivered rampant homelessness, unsafe streets, rising prices, and declining living standards. Now, Oregon’s comeback has begun, and I am ready to lead it. Our supporters are responding big time in support of our mission to deliver a brighter, safer, more prosperous future.”

DeSpain launched her campaign for Congress in Oregon’s 4th District last week, setting up a rematch to unseat incumbent Val Hoyle in November 2026 and bring about a safer, more prosperous Oregon. Her announcement featured the following launch video:
