Protecting Oregon Women's Healthcare Decisions

Once again, my opponent Val Hoyle is lying about my clearly stated record to scare voters into supporting her. She has every reason to change the subject. Hoyle is consistently dishonest: she broke federal law by failing to disclose 217 stock trades on time, a STOCK Act violation she has acknowledged, and she remains under federal investigation over a federal grant she championed for a nonprofit tied to her La Mota donors. She needs voters distracted from her record. I will not let her rewrite mine.

So let me be clear.

• I will oppose a national abortion ban in Congress. I promised this in 2024, and I stand by that promise today.
• I will oppose any effort in Congress to limit or restrict abortion access for Oregonians. Oregonians have made their voice clear on this issue, and as your Representative, I will carry the will of Oregonians with me every time I vote.
• Women’s healthcare decisions belong between women and their doctors, not the government.
